Sokalan® K polyvinylpyrrolidone grades are unbranched PVP homopolymers spanning molecular weights from 50,000 to 1,600,000, supplied as powder and as a ready-to-use 20% aqueous solution.

Which Grade is Right for You?

Sokalan® K 30 P
Molecular weight 50,000 | 95% active | Powder
The low molecular weight grade. Lower solution viscosity makes it the choice where PVP needs to work without thickening the system.

Sokalan® K 90 P
Molecular weight 1,400,000 | 98% active | Powder
The high molecular weight grade. Delivers the strongest binding and film formation in the range, at full active content.

Sokalan® K 90 Solution 20%
Molecular weight 1,600,000 | 20% active | Liquid
The same high molecular weight performance, pre-dissolved. Removes the dissolution step for operations that would rather dose a liquid.
